For the last 12+ years poArt is my primary style of art. When inspired -- typically with unresolved pain in society/culture, usually connected within -- I organize an aesthetic expression to work through the pain with a painting and poem. The watercolor based painting and poem are done together. Typically, the foundation of color is put on the paper with my hands. Colors on my hands are placed on a letter sized paper ( European A4). Human faces and bodies are detailed with watercolor pencils. Earlier poArt paintings (from about 1994-1999) usually included many faces/forms.
Below is a very brief selection of poArts with a paintings (2004) included.
